• Please only select 'Team Delivery' at checkout if you were told to do so by a coach/captain/event coordinator
• Unfortunately customized items or items ordered as part of a team order cannot be returned or exchanged
• Items purchased as part of a fundraiser or apparel partner (e.g. RockNRow, Coastline) cannot be returned
• Occasionally, items offering in our online storefront may no longer be available in which case we will offer a refund or alternate product
• We are not responsible for orders that have not been picked up after 180 days
